Created to benifit one's health, strengthen the body, rid the body of sickness, and to attain longevity, Liu He Ba Fa is a unique form of internal martial art. In this tape, Helen Liang will go through the complete set, then break into four sections for ease of learning.
Volume Two - The second volume reiterates themes and tactics from the first section, expanding on the concepts and increasing the level of endurance. In traditional practice, the first and second sections are connected for one long form.
