Le grand-maître Yaron Lichtenstein a commencé à s'entraîner au Krav Maga à 13 ans chez le fondateur Imi Lichtenfeld.
En 1978, il fonde avec Imi Lichtenfeld la Bukan School.
En 1994, Imi remet le 9ème Dan à son élève, c'est la distinction la plus haute jamais remise en Krav Maga.
Dans cette série de films pédagogiques nous allons montrer le système entier du Krav Maga, de son histoire jusqu'au programme de passages de grade complet, qui ont été publiés par le fondateur Imi Lichtenfeld en 1971.
Sur 5 films vous allez connaître le passage de grade complet pour la ceinture jaune. Dans cette deuxième partie, Yaron Lichtenstein présente : frappes avec les phalanges, frappes avec les bouts des doigts, frappes avec le bord cubital, coups de coude, défense contre plusieurs attaquants, travail avec des poids, etc...
Les différentes techniques sont expliquées en détails à l'aide d'un bouclier frappe et démontrées avec un partenaire.
