Jorge Prina, Maitre d´Escrime Créole plonge dans la technique de combat dualiste de couteau Facón avec poncho.
Habilement utilisé, le poncho est capable de désarmer une personne pour la lancer au sol ou l'aveugler d'un coup de frange rapide et nous permettre d'attaquer avec notre arme.
L'escrime créole se compose de plus de 30 coups de couteau, avec différentes distances et différentes façons de couper, juste, pesante, chairada, sont quelques-uns d'entre eux, des exercices de déplacement, des moyens de vous protéger et des règles pour le combat, et même un petit mais efficace équipage de blocages et de techniques de coups de pied clés à appliquer à bout portant.
Dans ce volume, Maître Prina parle de la forme physique, comment manier le couteau, la position de Garde et défense avec Poncho, les distances, les Tirs ou Attaques (Coup de Hache, Coup de Hache inverse, Bas-ventre, Coup de Hache au ciel, Balayage, Chuzaso, Inversé Chuzaso, Moulinettes), techniques de Poncho (Coup de frange, Punch, Manteada, Manteada Interne, Enterré, Marcher sur), les Esquives, et les types d'Attaque (Juste, Volant, Chairado, Visteos) et leurs combinaisons.
